Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with People, People Management along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve the business objectives, especially during times of rapid development and change. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the corporate and people strategies into goals, strategic plans, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management including employee participation and change. Passionate about management, she believes that team building and learning as being the key to the competitive edge. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies in the development and coaching of leaders, with successful outcomes, she has helped to create organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she provides assistance to several non- profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitals that provide hospitality services.
